Another Mac & Cheese Recipe!

I already know what you’re going to say, how many mac and cheese recipes does this lady have!? I have my slow cooker recipe, baked recipe, and baked with Velveeta cheese and bread crumbs on top recipe! All of the recipes have a different taste to them and are a perfect main or side dish. For all of the recipes, you need to cook the macaroni on the stove top first and then add in the cheeses and either slow cook or bake.

This mac and cheese recipe is made in an 8×8 baking dish, so it will be perfect for about 4 servings (and maybe some leftovers). It is always good to use freshly shredded cheese vs. pre-shredded cheese in the bag you can buy at the store. When I made it this time, I used pre-shredded and it turned out fine, just the cheese melts better if it is freshly shredded. You can use Colby Jack, mild cheddar, or sharp cheddar cheese.

Melted butter in small pan and added dry ingredients
Stirring in milk
Cubed Velveeta cheese
Adding cheese cubes to the sauce mix
Mixed together for toppings
Added in shredded cheese
Cooked macaroni until al dente and drained
Added cheese sauce to macaroni in pot
Stirred macaroni and cheese sauce and added to baking dish
Sprinkled topping on top and baked! Sprayed oil spray on top of toppings
All done!
Perfect as a main or side dish!
