Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese 🧀

Hot, cheesy, hearty slow cooker Mac & Cheese is something I have made over and over again. It’s definitely a crowd pleaser! I have made a larger version of this, but the smaller recipe I have below still feeds quite a bit. You need to cook the macaroni noodles prior to putting in the slow cooker, so you can cook the noodles just before adding to the crockpot or even make them the night before and keep them in the fridge!

Cooked noodles ready to be added to my slow cooker.
All of the ingredients in and ready to start melting.
Melty, cheesy mac and cheese!

I made hamburgers in our air fryer to go along with this, frozen burger patties! Have you made burgers in your air fryer? So simple. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F. Then spray nonstick spray on your air fryer basket and pan, place frozen patties on the basket and season the top part of the patties however you like. Spray with cooking spray on top of the patties. Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes, then flip over and season, then cook for another 5 minutes or maybe even a little less. Just watch them the last couple minutes of cooking to make sure they don’t get overcooked.

While the burgers were cooking, I grilled up some onions on the stove. I always season my grilled onions with salt and pepper, it really brings out the flavor. I also fry up an egg for each burger, seasoning the fried eggs with salt and pepper while they cook. I toasted the burger buns in my air fryer/toaster oven combo afterwards and they were nice and crispy. I have pics below of the burgers too!

All seasoned up and ready to pop in the air fryer.
All done, now I just need my grilled onions and egg.
Mmm! Looks good, especially with the mac and cheese on the side.
